Main Responsibilities

1. Follow production instructions of supervisors/ leaders to ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are met.
2. Able to read and comprehend written procedures/ instructions and batch/ lot records.
3. Maintain quality and quantity with strong sense of accountability and high standards.
4. Immediate report to superior and assist in troubleshoot problems during machine operation.
5. Complete relevant documentation.
6. Clean and maintain equipment and work area.

Requirements

1. GCE “O”/ “N” level or equivalent.
2. Good conceptual skills.
3. Must be committed to Continuous Improvement.
4. Must be a team player and possess self-discipline.
5. Able to communicate with all levels.

Other requirements

1. 5-days work week on 12-hours rotating shift (8am to 8:03pm or 8pm to 8:03am).  Hours in addition to 44 hours per work week, will be considered as overtime.
2. Shift pattern: 1 week morning shift / 1 week night shift (alternate).
3. Full PPEs must be worn at all times.
4. People with skin/nose allergies are not suitable.
