Job Description

Senior Executive, Office Admin & Facilities Management

  • Conduct best sourcing for comprehensive integrated facilities services/office admin services; put up cost benefit analysis and recommendation; establish term contract and administer and manage contract
  • Carry out review and implement vehicle and other office services related resource like vending and F&B machines and management; review options; put up cost benefit analysis and recommendation; establish term contract and administer and manage contract
  • Implement and administer new workplace systems and applications, establish and manage the contracts for such systems
  • Administer and review workplace related best practices like Green Mark, Work Health and Safety and Insurance and Security Programmes and Certifications
  • Contract Management for existing/new term contracts and review contractors, suppliers’ performance

Requirements

  • Qualification in Project & Facilities Management, Computer Engineering, Building, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities and Contract management or IT infra-structure management
  • Possess team / project management experience
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills
  • Knowledge in drafting new facilities contracts
  • Good contracts management skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines
