7048-Service Technician [Installation/Troubleshooting/Class 3/Home Appliance/Immediate]

Responsibilties:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair of Household Electrical Appliances.
• Assist in the coordination of project and installation.
• Handle customers’ technical enquiries, provide technical support to resolve their concerns.

Requirements:

• NTC/ITE/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in repairing electromechanical equipment will be an advantage.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Possess good customer service mindset
