Aircon Installation, servicing & repair of all types of commercial & residental air-conditioners
Minimum 15 years of working experience in Aircon industry
Class 3 driving licence
Schedule daily work
Manage manpower allocation
Computer Skill
Troubleshooting aircon and recommend solutions
Perform installation of air conditioning system and equipment
Diagnosing the cause of air conditioner system issues and carrying out repairs
Dismantle malfunctioning systems and replace worn-out or defective parts
Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls
Perform repair and maintenance on malfunctioning air conditioners
Perform general maintenance services on normally-functioning air conditioners
Prepare service reports after every completed job
Safety briefing to workers
Prepare Risk Assessment
Speak English, Mandarin and Malay
