Applications Engineer

Objective / Purpose of   the Job

To support new development and   working alongside with team members.

Key Activities / Accountabilities

· Perform   routine engineering tasks under the supervision of a senior engineer.

· Perform   internal testing for newly developed software and hardware

· Provide   assistance/support to Application Engineering team.

· Testing,   Prototyping and Deploying Applications

· Proactively   cross train and work towards achieving department and company goals

· Support   implementation of new features and developments

· Any   other duties as assigned

Working Conditions

§ Working beyond office hours when the   need arises

Preferred   Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Qualification:

Diploma/degree   in Engineering, Physics, or related field

Experience:

§ 0-5 years of experience

Technical   Skills:

§ Knowledge of basic engineering   principles

§ Basic Computer troubleshooting.

§ Knowledge in Windows and PC   applications

Competencies:

§ Possess a creative mind set to   identify and solve the problem.

§ Drive for results

§ Analytical skills

Language   Capability:

§ Proficiency in spoken and written   English require
