Job Description

  1. Report to Project Manager / Technical Manager
  2. Will manage multiple projects independently within the framework of company guidelines
  3. Will be responsible to prepare project organization chart, project schedule, specification review, critical data summary, quality assurance plan (QAP)
  4. To maintain effective communication with customers including attending kick-off, front-end design  & progress meetings, reports & Factory Acceptance / Site Acceptance Test(FAT / SAT), or even site review meetings or short site commission.
  5. Manage projects execution in a timely and effective manner through good judgments (include claim management ) and sound technical proposals and decision makings to ensure customer satisfaction and dept/project profitability and good resource utilization
  6. Follow up on Health,   Safety, and Environmental requirements
  7. Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
  8. Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
  9. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  10. Define project tasks and resource requirements
  11. Develop fullscale project plans
  12. Assemble and coordinate project staff - Engineers / Supervisor / Technician
  13. Manage project budget and resource allocation
  14. Plan and schedule project timelines
  15. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  16. Quality assurance Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
  17. Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
  18. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output
  19. Project evaluations and assessment of results
  20. Subcontractor/ Supplies Chain management
