Assistant Cook (Catering)

Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen
Ensure that the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food are to the menu specifications
Maintain proper rotation of ingredients in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and maintain high service standards and safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Experienced working in catering kitchen
Willing to work rotating shift
Willing to learn and hardworking
