Associate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for LED streetlight product sales in ASEAN market.
• Achieve growth and sales targets by building distribution channels and developing long-lasting customer relationships.
• Establish selling prices by monitoring costs, competitions, and market demand and supply.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts taking into account of new products and competition.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics or relevant with minimum 12 years’ experience as a Sales Manager.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Good key account management skill and business acumen.
• Energetic self-motivated, result-oriented, highly independent and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic growth environment.
• Must have strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Able to travel frequently and at a short notice.
