Job Description & Requirements

Traineeship Description:

This position reports to the engineer team and interfaces with company program managers and cloud engineers. Graymatics   is committed to an employee-orientated, high productive environment with a focus on employee growth for a long term   career in AI- video analytics industry

Specific Responsibilities:

Trainee to be involved in:

1. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure

2. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application   software, and system management tools

3. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure   availability

4. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks,   identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those   fixes

5. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

6. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and   lower the human intervention time on any tasks

7. Participate in the design of information and operational support   systems

Technical Skills and   Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:

1. Active participation in Graymatics cloud   deployments with AWS

2. Enhancing knowledge of the cloud architecture for   large scale deployments

3. Gain experience of real use case and problem   statements on converting on-premise deployment to cloud and hybrid model

4. Understand the cloud pricing and optimizing the   existing deployments to client

5. Will qualify to top cloud certifications with top   tier cloud partners

Highest Qualification:

ITE

Duration of Traineeship/s:

Up to 8 months

Proposed Monthly Training   Allowance per Trainee:

ITE- $1300.00

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and

a.Graduated or graduating in the calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or

b.Graduated earlier from the above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
