Design QA Engineer

• Manage all aspects of technical engagement with customers
• Build customer relationship
• Drive defining product requirements and technical specifications with customers’ requests
• Co-ordinate with HQ to provide support on customer’s engineering requirements
• Analyze technical issues customers are facing in test lab
• Follow up on customer’s requirements and perform related test in customer’s lab
• Collaborate with Sales Team and PM on customers’ issues, feedbacks and requirements
• Conduct regular following up and monitoring on customer’s activities, and try obtaining new sales      opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing team to introduce and demo new products to customers when required
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical /  Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 3  years of engineering experience in related/relevant industry ( Electrical & electronics / Technology sector )
• Good team player  and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good customer service skills
• Independent and proactive
• 2 years contract renewable with Full staff benefits
