Job Description


·       Partner with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive digital strategy roadmap. The roadmap will be shaped by analyzing customer needs, business objectives and the competitive landscape

·       Drive improvements & solutions to meet internal and external customer needs, ensuring the technical viability of new initiatives and successful deployments while infusing proven technologies & tools (Cloud, edge, AI, ERPs, CRM, etc.).

·       Drive innovation by infusing validated and new technologies in the portfolio across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, & finance to transform end-end customer experience

·       Build Digital Innovation Ecosystem: by tapping into capabilities across and beyond the organization (leveraging external partner network)

·       Ensure best practices and processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of digital projects

·       Responsible for reporting on program progress and results to the management team and key stakeholders

·       Work closely with multiple project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

·       Manage relationships with third party digital delivery partners, focusing on performance management against agreed SLA's and KPI's

·       Actively promote and encourage the development of digital and ‘agile’ skillsets

·       Develop stakeholder relationships and global network of solution providers for relevant technologies

Qualification and/or experienced required:

·       Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is required

·       At least 8 years of relevant experience

·       Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing a digital change agenda

·       Prior experience leading digital transformation initiatives using modern frameworks of IoT, agile delivery, cloud management, edge computing, digital products, and process automation

·       In-depth understanding and track record of using data to drive decision making rationalization, solution features, technology selection, and customer engagement

·       Strong leadership and communication skills to bring stakeholders together

·       Consensus builder and thought leader able to engage with all levels of the organisation

·       Creative flair, ability to inspire new thinking and challenge the conventional

·       Experience fostering collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional teams that are not under direct control and ability to influence key stakeholders

·       Strong Project Management skills, with passion for forward thinking digital transformation to help us transform end-end customer experience
