Electronics Design Engineer

Job Description:

• Design electronic control modules and systems for various hardware platforms
• Program electronic modules and systems for the intended functionality
• Re-package of electronic systems to survive shock, vibration and thermal specifications, and develop qualification tests
• Work closely and manage multiple vendors to ensure that goals for schedule, budget and quality are established
• Generate electrical drawings, assembly drawings, coding scripts, part lists/bill-of-materials and installation instructions
• Conduct user requirement, application development, system integration, deployment as well as troubleshooting
• Involve in system and sub-system designs and integration
• Conduct testing to evaluate the attribute or capability of the hardware/software & determine that it meets the expected results.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in circuit design, programming, PCB fabrication and testing
• Familiar with workflow method for electronic control systems
• Able to work hands-on and manage project deliverables individually
• Team player
• Familiar with firmware development on embedded systems using C/C++ and/or assembly
• Knowledge in 3D modelling software such as Solidworks is an advantage
