Key Account Manager (FM)

Our company has partnered with a top tier consultancy to source for their facilities management needs. This is a chance for you to be part of a dynamic and exciting work environment to achieve your full potential.

Our client is a renowned consultancy having worked on an array of accounts. This position will allow the successful candidate to manage multiple accounts across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with the contractual commitments of multi-site IFM contracts
• Responsible for multiple accounts from different industries
• Look after the IFM site managers under his/her care
• Manage the relationship with the regional representatives of the clients under care
• Implement progress plan for junior staff
• Manages the personnel of the operational sectors in connection with the IFM contracts
• Management of operation P&L with clear track of financial status of the projects
• Develop new business

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / FM or other relevant disciplines
• 8 - 10 years’ experience in facility management – Prior experience in managing multiple accounts - especially within commercial & industrial industries
• Customer-oriented sense and teamwork spirit
• Good English reading and writing skill
• Possess a service aptitude and a customer-service approach to problem resolution;
• Strong skills in vendors management and contract negotiation
