Machinist

Responsibilities

• Responsible to set-up and operate CNC Lathe
• Able to perform simple programming (For CNC machines only) 
• Conduct first piece inspection
• Report to management in the event of non-conformance of components
• Adhere to good quality, housekeeping and safety practices
• Perform 5S

Requirements 

• NTC 2 or 3 in Precision Engineering or equivalent 
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 
• Able to operate Fanuc Controller 
• Experience in the machine applied for will be an added advantage 
• Trainee positions available for interested parties without experience 
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings 
• Capable of using measuring instruments - Micrometer, Caliber, Bore Gauge, Profile Projector 
• Able to work shift (2 weeks rotating: morning shift 7:30am to 4:45pm & night shift 7:30pm to 4:45am)
