Management Trainee, Product Development

Role

• Product design and development in areas including iOS applications and/or website platforms.

• Working with the Product Development team to design, develop, and manage activities from product ideation & planning to production & release.

• Conceptualizing and designing user experience independently or with the Product Development team.

• Managing various parties to ensure timely delivery and implementation of quality products. 

• Analysing product performance and issues, redesigning as required.

• Other Ad Hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields and/or experience within a similar role or function.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

• Strong team player who can manage a team of developers and multiple stakeholders.

• Meticulous and able to deliver work that is of a high standard.

• Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.

• Skills in web/software application design is a bonus.
