Planning Assistant

Job Description

To process sales orders for planning purposes, which includes calculation of raw materials requirement;

To assist in production capacity planning;

To issue purchase/ work orders to suppliers and sub-contractors and to liaise with the various parties concerned;

To expedite the various parties concerned in order to ensure the timely completion & delivery of finished goods to customers;

To ensure that the computer systems is kept updated with the relevant data;

Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Able to handle Mandarin speaking suppliers, sub-contractors or operators

Good interpersonal skills
