Responsibilities: • Responsible for all production related activities • Responsible for production team to ensure factory output and yield expectations • Report on production scheduling and flow • Minimize lead times • Optimize work flows

Repair job and troubleshooting- Wafer Fabrication • In-house and on-site activities of parts/equipment. • Attend to technical matters raised by our clients/suppliers. • Prepare service and failure analysis report for customer. • Lead New Product Introduction / Repair Development Projects. • Plan and expedite the purchases of accessories and spare parts from suppliers
