Production Operator

Main function:

Operate production machines and carry out all production work

Responsibilities

Machine and Production Operations

1) Carry out materials preparation work such as shredding, feeding, packing and cutting.

2) Operate Cretes cutter machine.

3) Feed materials into Brabender feeders.

4) Operate materials feeder machine.

5) Feed materials into Vecoplan belt conveyor.

6) Operate materials shredding machine.

7) Operate Erema extruder machine.

8) Operate Kreyenborg materials mixing machine.

9) Operate TMI autopacking machine.

10)  Record daily production output.

11)  Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.

12)  Carry out purging of materials.

13)  Assist production leader in carrying out tasks.

Requirements:

•             Min secondary qualification

•             With/without experience

•             Those who possess forklift license will be an advantage, training will be  provided

•             Must be a team player

•             Permanent position

•             Physically fit

•             Applicant must be willing to work in Tuas
