Job Description

Our solutions connect and engage with large global network of traders and continuously uncover growth opportunities. In our quest to grow our Platform Engineering Business Unit, we are in search of top talent to join the team as a PMO Analyst.


Responsibilities:

Product portfolio:

  1. Support development of a broader solution story for the market from an overall product suite perspective
  2. Work with respective product teams to augment and compile a full picture of the organization product roadmap
  3. Organize and support meetings between product heads and senior management to ensure roadmap development and alignment from an overall product portfolio perspective
  4. Create templates and documentations for product deliveries, engagements and rollouts
  5. Tracking and monitoring of product deliverables across various product and engineering teams
  6. Analyze and improve business and work processes, product governance, and mitigate product rollout risks

Analytics and reporting:

  1. Overall analysis and reporting on implementation, time and cost overruns across the various product verticals
  2. Support reporting on product plans and strategy
  3. Track and analyze competitors, costs, revenues, ROIs etc. by products / verticals
  4. Highlight key risk areas/ areas of improvement and out-performance
  5. Other PMO ad hoc work such as preparing materials for meetings, following up on action items with respective teams etc.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in managing product roadmap and business propositions of SaaS / Platform
  2. Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience in project management and/ or product development
  3. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Product Development or relevant subjects
  4. Good presentation and communication skills
  5. Strong stakeholder management skills
  6. Ability to adapt to fast changes
  7. Proficient in working with Product/project collaboration tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and other tools
  8. Analytics background a plus
