Project Engineer - Civil (ACMV Construction)

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Knowledge in designing of air-Conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, refrigeration system & coldroom system.
• Preparation of materials / shop-drawings submission. 
• Forecast, monitor & manage project well in thought-out manner to eliminate any possibility of contract risk (ie. incorrect / poor design & incorrect information).
• Attend design / project meetings.
• Site supervision, liaise with supervisors & workers on site progress to ensure smooth flow of work.
• Liaise with suppliers on procurement & delivery of materials.
• Prepare OMM & T&C report for client.
• Assist in on tendering BQ & quotations for projects.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Diploma in mechanical / electrical / civil engineering
• Direct work experience within construction industry
• Experience in handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of codes, standards and procedures
• Proficient in AutoCAD, microsoft office , etc
• Language: English / Mandarin.
