Project Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

To be able to manage and execute building construction projects which covers:

Involved in the proposal and tendering phase and overseeing the strategic sequence of the work flow

Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures

Liaising with the Client and Consultant Teams to ensure that project objectives, time schedules and costs are met and controlled

Liaising with the relevant Government Authorities to ensure submissions, clearances and all necessary documentation are in place

Provide the crucial directions in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works

Ensure quality of works is achieved and local building regulations are complied with in addition to the Companys ISO system

Lead a team of project staff to execute, deliver and solve construction issues with out of the box approaches

Job Requirements:

Minimum relevant degree from university which is recognized by PE Board of Singapore

Relevant experience in project management of building construction

Motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills

Good leadership to lead a team of project staff

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project

Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate
