QA Technician (QC Leader)

Job Description

Set up and operate testing machines, equipment, instrument in accordance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures;

Monitor, calibrate and adjust production processes or machines, equipment, instrument for quality and productivity;

Demonstrate testing of cable and wire harnesses to operators using machine testers;

To conduct future training for new QC operators and ensuring they know how to properly use the testers;

Keep proper records, maintain and ensure serviceability of machines, equipment, instrument and tools;

To plan for QC department's output;

Study the processes of Quality Checks and initiate suggestions for improving quality, processes and productivity of the quality department;

Any other duties assigned from time to time.
