Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:

· Read and understand P & ID , ISO Drawings and GA & Fabrication Drawings

· To understand WPS & PQR and WPQR

· To understand Material Inspection, Fit-up & welding Visual inspection and NDE reports review & Witness and Testing witness as per ITP.

· To prepare Quality reports and reviewed.

· Welder surveillance and quality observation reports

· Coordinate with client and 3rd party for inspection

· To perform line check, Punch clearing and re-instatement walk down.

· Ensure closure of non-conformance and site instruction etc.

Requirements –

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· Certified Welding Inspector – AWS-CWI /CSWIP-3.1

· ASNT Level-2 – Non-Destructive Testing

· Fresh or Minimum 2 to 5 years experience.

· Computer Knowledge-MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
