Starting date: Immediate, Full-time

Salary Range: SGD 1,800 – SGD 2,500

Hand Plus Robotics is seeking robotics technicians to design, test, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and fix robots and automation control systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with and support engineers in providing technical support to robotics and automation systems.
• Perform robot and automation system installation, set-up, servicing, maintenance and repair job (both corrective and preventive), and ensure systems to remain functional at all times.
• Ensure timely diagnosis, trouble-shooting and resolution of identified automation/robotic system issues (both hardware and software).
• Generate and compile documentation and reports on the machines, processes, and tasks carried out
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and/or management.
• Conduct housekeeping on spare parts, tools, and machines
• Observe and ensure safe operations

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher degree in Automation/Robotics/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related fields.
• Relevant work experience is a bonus
• Experience or skill in basic programming in C, C++, python
• Experience or skill in Linux and ROS
• Working knowledge of CAD (Solidworks, CATIA, etc)
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatics fundamentals
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possession of entrepreneurial attitude
