Senior BIM Engineer

Job Description:
Create and execute BEP (BIM Execution Plan)
Check BIM models, construction sequence, execute project according to POC BIM standards, to perform automatic design clash checks using BIM software (Navisworks, SolibriModelChecker) and work with the team to resolve the clashes
 Use BIM models for coordination/ design proposals with different parties (clients, consultants, subcontractors, internal), check shop drawings produced from model
Communicate with team members, give presentations, create BIM reports
Conduct training sessions, handbooks for team members
Conduct meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or with equivalent  qualifications
Has supervisory experience
Experience in BIM management, BIM execution in a construction company
Any kind of BIM modeling software skill is required. (Revit preferred, ArchiCAD, OpenBuildingDesigner, Civil3D, Tekla, etc)
Understanding of archi/structure/MEP disciplines
Able to read/ draw construction drawings
Able to communicate modelling requirements to BIM modellers, BIM coordinators
Understand/track changes made to BIM model by modellers
Able to extract quantities from model and understand its limitations
Manage timeline for modeling, drawings, submissions
Create BIM reports from field data by BIM supervisors (powerpoint, excel, word, etc.)
Degree in any engineering/building discipline (civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental) or architectural, building services, project & facilities management
Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work within strict time constraints and quickly problem-solve when needed
Ability to provide innovative solutions
Interest in new technology/ ideas
Knowledge in construction & building/civil authority codes and requirements

Programming skills - Dynamo/GC/HTML5/Python/etc.
Specialist Diploma in BIM
