Senior Technician

Job Description

· Carry out regular inspections/preventive maintenance for building & facilities as per

the schedule set out by the client;

· Perform building maintenance works;

· Assist Technical Executive on the schedule maintenance;

· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor;

Job Requirements

· Minimum NITEC in Building Management / Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of experience in buildings maintenance

· Knowledge of building services process and methods

· Team player with a good attitude

· Able to work on rotating shift if required
