Site Engineer

Duties

Assist Project Manager by coordinating, monitoring and control the subcontractors and site work according to the design, plan, schedule to achieve the required safety and quality requirement.

Duties and Responsibility:

Establish and maintain a conducive site environment with methodology which comply with the safety, environmental, welfare and security provision.

Review the drawings and extract the necessary info for Site Supervisor & Subcontractor to execute the work.

Execute, monitor and Control the site progress to see that the task is execute as plan, it is done right with the right sequence, execute with the correct tools, equipment and sufficient manpower.

Resolve site construction issues related to temporary or permanent work.

Maintain the record of the site event and activities for analysis.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

Proficiency with MS Office, ACAD, Navisworks, MS Project.

Must be a team player and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Ability to remain calm and productive in a high-pressure / EPCM environment.

Good time management skills and understanding of project management

Knowledge of the local code & regulation, design code and authority requirement on site execution work.

Background, Experience

3 years working as project Site Engineer.

Experience in working as Site Engineer in Commercial / Residential / Factory /Plant project .

Able to use engineering software.

Education

Degree / Diploma in Civil or Structure Engineering or Project Management.

Degree recognised by PE Board, BCA.
