Technical Proposal Engineer

Reporting to Managing Director/Executive Director for Tenders and Contracts
Study tender document and prepare prelim presentation on the scope of work for discussion with Managing Director/Executive Director for Tenders and Contracts
Attend site visits as needed to become acquainted with site conditions and take these into account in the Technical Proposal.
Prepare technical proposal presentation of project execution plans
Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
Compile tender documents for submission
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Possess a Degree Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering Projects / construction planning and scheduling
Computer literate with proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
