Job Scope -

• Handle CMP related daily maintenance: CMP operation and related logistical task
• Monitor and control equipment performance indices
• Perform systematic troubleshooting of tool issues in CMP
• Work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance

Requipment -

• min ITE in Mechanical Engineering or preferably Engineering Diploma, any discipline
• Experience in CMP tools and Ion Implant
• Knowledge in Mirra Mesa and 300mm Reflexion
