Workshop Manager (5 Days / European Cars)

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Liaise with respective manufacturer to resolve vehicle issues as and where necessary
• Attend to technical issues raised by customers and ensure that the issues are promptly resolved
• Track productivity and efficiency ratio to be in line with department's targets
• Plan and organize workshop operations in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements
• Ensure workshop facilities are well maintained meeting WHS requirements
• Fully conversant with all manufacturer technical literature and be able to coach and develop training programs for staff

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Strong communicator with good problem solving and people management skills
• Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s licence
