Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The MAS Academy story started in 2008. We now centralise 120 professional and leadership programmes at the Academy each year and provide over 2,000 internal training places to MAS staff. Our programmes are delivered in-class and online. We also receive more than 200 external participants to our regional and bilateral programmes each year.


We are looking for a felicitous, tenacious and team-oriented missing piece to join the domestic team at the MAS Academy. Some of the happy work that you will be doing:

  • Plan, coordinate and implement in-house training programmes
  • Design and create in-house elearning resources/programmes
  • Curate learning resources tailored to departments’ needs
  • Develop and implement campaigns to promote learning within the organisation
  • Partner line departments or regional organisations to conduct training needs analysis as well as to identify and implement effective learning strategies (including workplace learning) to address competency gaps
  • Work with subject matter experts to design and deliver effective learning programmes
  • Manage procurement processes and external training vendors to deliver programmes
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of programmes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong interest in finance and is unfazed by technical knowledge

  • Team player who is comfortable working through ambiguity and in a fast-paced dynamic environment where independence, positivity and adaptability are required

  • 2-7 years of relevant experience, open to consider senior candidates

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence others at all levels

  • Certified Workplace Learning Specialist or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance/ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) would be a plus
