JOB DESCRIPTION

The MAS Academy story started in 2008. We now run 120 technical programmes at the Academy each year and provide over 2,000 internal training places to MAS staff. We also receive more than 200 external participants to our regional and bilateral programmes each year.

We are looking for a felicitous, tenacious and team-oriented missing piece to join the administration team at the MAS Academy. Some of the happy work that you will be doing:

  • Manage learning technology and systems integration, including liaising with IT department and vendors to maintain the learning management system; planning, testing, documenting and executing data migration
  • Manage and maintain learning technology and systems performance and support, including implementation of learner records and database management on WorkDay
  • Collaborate in making courses and course content functional in learning management system
  • Manage learning applications available to staff, including the creation of new accounts and tracking of usage
  • Plan and track budgets for learning and development programmes, technology and systems, including ensuring timely processing of payment to vendors
  • Conduct data measurement and analysis on learning and development, including the creation and maintenance of live dashboards on budget utilisation, training statistics and completion of mandatory programmes
    Manage operations and learning administration, including scheduling of mandatory programmes including MAS Diploma
  • Review and streamline business processes to ensure that they are efficient and customer-centric
  • Discover and implement digital innovation opportunities for learning and development, including developing and maintaining RPA bots
  • Maintain the upkeep of the training facilities and equipment such as AV equipment
  • Manage learning operations to ensure the smooth running of learning programmes and be the first point of contact for internal clients’ queries on learning and development programmes
  • Lead learning campaigns and change management efforts related to learning technology and system, including the creation of publicity materials and engagement of staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Meticulous, with attention to detail

  • Team player who is comfortable working through ambiguity and in a fast-paced dynamic environment where independence, felicity and adaptability are required

  • Keen interest in upskilling himself/ herself to keep up with developments in learning and development systems and operations

  • Experience with learning management systems like Workday a plus otherwise training will be provided

  • Experience with Business Process Review a plus otherwise training will be provided

  • Experience with implementing Robotic Process Automation a plus otherwise training will be provided

  • Experience with data analysis and visualisation a plus otherwise training will be provided
