Job Responsibilities

  • As part of a strategic team to provide advices and support on IT and services related procurement (categories to be assigned based on successful candidate’s experience)

  • Work with users to understand and review their requirements and develop appropriate procurement strategies to achieve optimal procurement outcomes

  • Guide and support users to execute procurement processes on market research, tendering, evaluation, award and contract management in accordance with Board’s procurement guidelines and procedures

  • Perform analytics on procurement data to enhance compliance and drive improvements in the assigned spend categories

  • Opportunities to work with management and team members on other assignments 

Required Attributes

  • Background in procurement related discipline, preferably with relevant experience in handling tenders and contracting 

  • Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
