Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

· Support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications

· Maintain proper inventory, expediting orders, verifying receipts, removing outdated drugs

· Assist in liaising with external vendors and suppliers on medication and supplies

· Execute processes to improve operational efficiency and workflow.

· Assist in tracking and transferring process of medication to other clinics;

· Support in stock take and order resupply and oversee internal and external stock audits

· Assist to coordinate with the clinic to ensure the availability of medications;

· Ensure prompt delivery of controlled drugs to clinics;

· Prepare reports for regular audits checks;

· Prepare statistics report on clinical operations.

· Prepare daily reports and other ad hoc reports required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least at diploma in any discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of drugs in a plus

• Preferably experience in Healthcare / Medical care

• Good communication skills (phone and email)

• Able to work independently in a dynamic fast pace environment with a passion for improving operations
