Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment.
  • Facilitate and manage on boarding and new hire process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Execute selection and hiring process (screening, reviewing, interviewing and closing process)
  • Responsible for ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, position requirements and salary bench-marking
  • Perform reference checks if required
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Partner with institutions on internships programme
  • Support the business in recruitment drives, campus recruitment and other strategic recruitment related initiatives with e2i, NTUC etc.
  • Part of employer branding team
  • Prepare recruitment progress report

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of prior experiences in in-house recruitment or recruitment agency
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
