Job Description

  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable for 2 organisation
  • Experienced in using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
  • To issue Letter of credits for direct material purchases
  • Follow up with Customer and Supplier closely and prepare LC negotiation forms and verify shipping documents against customer's letter of credit.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • To attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
