Account Executive

Job Description

• Maintain full set of accounts, including AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Reconciliation, etc for SME
• Manage cash flow
• Submission of quarterly GST
• Management of petty cash
• Preparation of payroll/monthly CPF submission & IR21 submission
• Able to prepare financial statements
• HR functions such as applying of work passes etc
• Invoicing
• Foreign worker levies
• Support general office operation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
• Working independently

Requirements

• Preferably with accounting experience
• Strong organising skills
• Able to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft office
