ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

- Data entry of AP & AR invoice / payments and prepared checks.

- Handle month end closing of fixed assets, inventory costing, GST submission.

- Process employees’ expenses claims in accordance with Company’s policies

- Monthly reconciliation and prepare SOA for customer

- Data processing for accounting system

- Assist in audit schedule and month reporting

- Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or Accounting

- Working experience in Accounting is an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Responsible, Meticulous, organized, committed and a good team

- Training will be provided

- 5 days week
