Job Description

Responsibility:
As an Administrative Manager, need responsible oversee and spearhead the full spectrum of Human Resource functions and operations encompassing Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management, Training. Besides that, need manage the supplier database, gather their master price lists to ensure invoices received are based on accurate pricing and do price comparison for supply of items by similar categories.


Job Description:

*Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

*Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.

*Managing recruitment, interviews and training.

*Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the local statutory requirements.

*Manage the processing of payroll, compensation and benefits.

*Ensure that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and billing policy.

*Ensure invoices received are based on accurate pricing and do price comparison for supply of items by similar.

*Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

*Filing, copying, Sorting mail, answering phones, taking messages and following up with customers.

*Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

*Follow up & update client details, invoice, purchase order.

Working area: Gul circle.


Requirement:
*At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Power point.

*Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.

*Strong leadership skills and management competencies.

*Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.

*Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independent and pressure environment.

*Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.

*Able to work overtime, public holiday or weekend
