Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting two Partners with administrative and marketing matters.


This includes but is not limited to:

  • Drafting client letters and client information packs
  • Monitoring payments and liaising with UK payments team
  • Working with various other internal teams including client services team, business assurance and compliance
  • Updating Salesforce with meeting notes and activities
  • Obtaining insurance quotes
  • Preparing paperwork for client meetings
  • Assisting Partners with events and workshop coordination
  • Assist with marketing activities (excluding telemarketing)
  • Communications pre and post events including email, LinkedIn and personal webpage
  • Supporting Partners with administrative functions and support as required

Job Requirement/Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience with similar supporting administrative role
  • Comes with customer service background/Service-oriented role will be an added advantage
  • Fluent English with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Possess strong work ethics and keep information confidential
  • A can-do working attitude, being proactive and self-motivated
  • Be a team player and able to work independently without the need of constant supervision
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, trustworthy and loyal
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing working environment
