Affluent Cards Product Analyst - S/N13

This position reports to the Head of Affluent Cards in handling the credit card products within Citi’s offering.

Specific Responsibilities:

Trainee to be involved in:

1. Competitor analysis and market benchmarking

2. Supporting Product Managers in the launch of new and ongoing initiatives including campaign design, development of customer communications, UAT testing and promotion fulfilment.

3. Managing partnerships, contract renewals with external partners.

Handling of customer escalations and investigations.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Product knowledge in the consumer credit card space

2. Campaign planning, process execution and tracking of key performance indicators

3. Management of internal and external stakeholders through projects and partnerships

This position is open to both fresh graduates (SGUT) and mid-careerists (SGUP).
