Job Description

You will assist the Deputy Director and support the Hospital Planning Committee with the planning, coordination, development and management of the new acute and community hospitals which will be located in the eastern region of Singapore. Your role will include the planning and facilitation of road mapping with the various project stakeholders and collation of users’ input for incorporation into end-user briefs, technology roadmaps and operations requirements. You will facilitate the full life cycle of project implementation which includes compilation of project briefs, management of design development, costing and scheduling, procurement of contracts and services, sample/mock-ups reviews, management of changes and hand-over inspections and commissioning of the new hospitals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, technology adoption and process methodologies will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with software such as Microsoft Office applications, Autocad and Photoshop
