Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Manager.
- Overall Responsible for Lease Matters of Self-Storage Users.
- Managing of Lease Issues with Self-Storage Users.
- Carry out checks to ensure Users’ activity comply with Storage declaration.
- Well versed in compliance requirements and ensure Users comply with Authorities regulations on compliance matters.
- Perform Credit Analysis on Users.
- Responsible for Rental Collection and monitor Credit Control of Users.
- Liaise with lawyers on Legal proceeding on all Legal cases.
- Develop and maintain strong Provider-User relationship.
- Able to value add and maximise returns to the property.
- Handover / Takeover of Premise
- Ensure Monthly Invoicing / Ad-hoc invoicing is issued to Users.
- Attend to ad-hoc request by Users.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration / Marketing
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Self-storage portfolio
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking clients)
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
- A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work in a team
