Assistant Manager, IT Security

Job Purpose:

To manage Windows, Lotus Notes and Application IDs and support internal staffs for relevant requests.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring IT systems and applications within our organization meet the needs of the business while adhering to security best-practices, compliance and regulatory requirements

• To provide ID management for application 

• Generate Monthly and quarterly report for management and business unit

• To escalate ID related security incidents and follow up with relevant team

• Work with application vendor on application ID management issue 

• To involve in projects by provide ID related advice 

• To coordinate ID for new application

• To support the implementation of user initiated projects keeping security in mind

• To ensure security access control program and process are effective

• Provide security access advice to business, IT Infra and Applications team 

• Raise cybersecurity knowledge and awareness within the organisation

• The position will be heavily involved in IT security operations, including: 

              -      Access management 

              -      Incident Response
