Job Description

  • Support Senior Account Manager to analyse Community Care Partners' needs and identify opportunities for strategic growth and capability development
  • Serve as a key and preferred point of contact for      Community Care Partners to help them navigate through internal and external stakeholders
  • Support and maintain oversight of Community Care      Partners' implementation plan and depository of key information e.g. meeting notes, administration brief and fact

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably health and social sciences, or business studies
  • Relevant working experience in healthcare, community care sector or service-related industry
  • Preferably with experience in managing accounts or      customer relations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholders engagement skills
  • Good analytical and writing skills
  • Passion in engaging and supporting our Community Care Partners to succeed
  • Those with less than 4 years of experience may be      considered for Senior Executive position
