Assistant Manager, Software Engineer

• Collaborate with project/enhancement stakeholders to come out and review business solution, high-level technical solution and integration solution
• Collaborate with other IT Stakeholders to develop and implement technical and integration solutions, including infrastructure, middleware and security needs
• Support deployment activities. Collaborate with IT Stakeholders to ensure smooth application release

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Info Systems or equivalent
• Java development related qualification is preferred
• At least 3 years of Application Development experience, preferably in the portal or point of sales system
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models (both Waterfall and Agile) as well as expert knowledge of in project management principles and practices
• Proficiency in Jave , Javascript, React, Redux, Spring Boot, Node.js, HTML / HTML5, CSS, REST, JSON, XML, SOAP
• Knowledge of SOA, ESB, API, BPM
• Proficiency in IIS, Apache, Weblogic, Oracle DB, SQL Server, MySQL, Windows, Unix, Linux, Amazon Web Services
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Strong advocate of standards and challenge status quo with new and emerging technology to address new business challenges
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing server-side applications with at least 1 of the following languages and frameworks: NodeJS, ExpressJS, Spring Boot, Java, SQL / NoSQL, Hibernate
• Hands-on experience in in designing and developing front-end with at least of the following languages and frameworks: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, AngularJS, jQuery, Ajax
