Job Description

The division oversees and drives initiatives to attract, retain and develop the community care sector’s workforce and its leadership bench strength, and strengthen the sector’s Human Resource capabilities.

  • The successful candidate will be part of the Employment Facilitation team and will be involved in:
  • Championing manpower initiatives in the community care sector and cultivating win-win partnerships with service providers in the areas of manpower resourcing
  • Managing the value chain of manpower development programmes, including conceptualisation, marketing, implementation and administration of schemes
  • Supporting manpower planning and strategy efforts

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in industry engagement or development, or human resources (policy, planning and admin)
  • Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Possess strong organizations skills and effective project management skills in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment
  • Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and manage individual differences
  • Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player
