Assistant Operations Engineer (Company attachment) -

This position reports to the Plant Manager (Water Operations) and is required to support the day-to-day operations, ensuring all HSSE standards are in-compliance and assist in any Plant optimization, improvement or troubleshooting works.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Identifying operational   risks and putting in place mitigation measures

2. Assisting Plant Engineer /   Manager for full compliance to regulatory requirements, HSSE standards and   operating procedures

3. Gathering of plant data   for customer billing and process analysis

4. Logistic arrangements on   special batch sending, meter calibration and shutdown work (if any)

5. Preparation and   verification of documentations such as daily report / Technician time-sheet   management

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Plant performance monitoring and data analysis through in-house systems (e.g. PHD / EtaPRO). Basic plant troubleshooting, optimization and involvement in project execution

2. Knowledge on HSSE standards, regulatory requirements and customers specifications

3. Hazard identification and risk mitigation, work procedures / protocol implementation

Customer handling through logistics arrangement of special batch sending / meter calibration etc.
