Job Description

The role will set result-oriented and clear vision for end-to-end digital product development, partnership engagement, and UI/UX management. The incumbent will liaise with various departments to ensure projects are moving forward, address roadblocks and/or potential issues are uncovered.


  • Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management’s decision
  • Provide support to develop country digital strategy and ensure deliverables
  • Be a project manager for digital solution launch
  • Lead the development of new digital business cases and product design based on data, analytics, insights, market trends, and interactions with partners, clients and prospects
  • Lead the end-to-end product management from strategic planning to product release, including but not limited to, working on new digital product design, market research, managing project outcomes to achieve objectives on-time
  • Develop and drive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful rollout of new products and improvement plans
  • Work cross-functionally and horizontally with technical, design, business, operations and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and issue management
  • Develop detailed project development plan, track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new services / initiatives and perform post-implementation review after launch
  • Review test scenarios and test cases and work closely with test utility team for SIT, support user for UAT and other related activities to ensure business needs are met.
  • Ensure gaps in deliverables are identified early and addressed effectively and business stakeholders’ expectations are met.


  • Degree
  • Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology will be advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging
  • Effective in managing business risk through assessing risk probability and impact, developing processes for risk mitigation and detection in rollout and test plans, and scenario planning
  • Exceptional communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, operations, marketing and product teams to lead the entire lifecycle of the experiences
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
