Building Maintenance Technician

Resolve maintenance issues in the building that includes but not limited to air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, electronic systems, painting and carpentry
Perform preventive maintenance in the building that includes but not limited to air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, electronic systems, painting and carpentry
Follow company's safety and security procedure
Willing to commit shift hours including weekends and public holidays
Prior experience in maintenance and electrical or building services preferred
